Weren’t there Wizard of Oz figures in your range?

Well, yes there were. I started producing a range of figures entitled zO which was based around ideas from the Wizard of Oz. It wasn’t hugely popular in sales and my mind wandered to other things. While Spyglass was resting I handed over production rights to Andy Foster of Heresy Miniatures. If you go over to www.heresyminiatures.com you’ll be able to buy the zO figures. As for continuing the range, that’s pretty unlikely. Maybe one day, but I’ve so many other things I want to sculpt.


What about the other Spyglass figures?

There are other Spyglass Miniatures that have existed over the years. Most of these have been limited editions and thus will not ever be available through conventional channels. There are also a small number of minis that did not sell well and, for one reason or another, I dropped from the range. These being the demonic wretches, Sherlock Holmes and 54mm Kruge. I may revisit these figures one day though. In particular, I may like to do a small range of Victorian/Gothic Horror figures one day and I think a small set of Holmesian figures may fit in nicely. But that’s not a hint of a release in the near future, just something idly stewing in the back of my brain...
